Proverbs 18:14-15

14 The human spirit can endure in sickness,

but a crushed spirit who can bear?

15 The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge,

for the ears of the wise seek it out.

When a person is healthy it is easy to neglect the spiritual, but the body is sure to deteriorate sooner or later. A relationship that needs reconciliation? Now is the best time to make a change, take advantage of the opportunity you have.
“The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge, for the ears of the wise seek it out.” What comes in through our ears makes its way into our hearts.
